二 | 图源：微博 最绝的是截图底下还煞有介事地加了一行灰色小字标注：学历服务费为平台增值服务费，学历成本已由骑手本人承担。 这格式乍一看还真像那么回事，不知道的还以为美团在搞灰度测试，专门给上班族整了个高知骑手配送服务。 小雷哔哔（ID：xiaoleibbb）当时差点就信了。现在互联网平台搞增值服务的套路实在太多了，买视频会员有超前点播，点奶茶有准时宝、放心吃，多出来一项学历服务费，好像也不是完全没可能。 但没等我打开美团去验证，评论区就已经有不少网友出来打假了。 经常点外卖的网友一眼就看出来，这截图根本就是P的玩梗图，连美团真实的订单结算界面都不是。 说白了，就是网友整活P图，结果传着传着没看过原图的人就当真了，越传越邪乎，最后变成了谣言。
三 | 事情发酵得越来越快，美团客服进行了回应。 大概意思就是说，平台从来就没有上线过任何按骑手学历划分收费标准的配送增值服务，现在外卖配送服务的收费标准只和四个因素挂钩：配送距离、天气情况、订单时段、实时运力情况。 图源：微博 同时客服也补充，目前平台上和骑手相关的用户功能只有两个，一个是用户如果不想再接某个骑手的订单，可以选择拉黑对方；另一个是用户觉得骑手服务好、送得辛苦，可以自愿打赏。
四 | 而且打赏这件事，完全是用户自愿的行为。你觉得小哥雨天爬楼送得辛苦，转两块三块表示感谢，那是你的心意，钱也直接给到骑手。 说到这儿，小雷认为为啥这么一个离谱的梗，能有这么多人信以为真？ 在我看来，本质上是大家对互联网平台的“增值服务焦虑”已经积累很久了。
五 | 不知道大家有没有同感，现在不管用什么APP，收费名目是越来越花哨了。以前点外卖就餐费加配送费两项，现在结算页面拉下来，打包费、准时宝、放心吃、远距离加价、高峰加价、节假日服务费，一堆条目看得人眼花缭乱。
