二 |     富阳杨家坞村1小时下了91.6毫米的雨受低涡切变和冷空气共同影响，昨天杭州雨势依然不小，多地出现短时强降雨，富阳、桐庐一度发布最高级别的暴雨红色预警。

三 | 在雨水的打压下，昨天杭州最高气温30℃。今天杭州多云到阴，午后到前半夜局部有阵雨或雷雨，气温暂时还不会升太高，预计最高气温31℃，不过平均相对湿度高达80%，潮乎乎的感觉依然挥之不去。昨天杭州这个地方1小时就下了91.6毫米的雨杭州市气象台说，昨天杭州受低涡系统影响，低涡如同汇聚水汽的水槽，不断输送充沛水汽。

五 | 这轮雨水要持续到什么时候？放眼全省，昨天中午开始，我省雷阵雨天气呈现“多点爆发”之势，各地强降水此起彼伏，局部雨势尤为猛烈。据浙江省气象服务中心统计，昨天12时—15时，杭州、台州、温州北部、宁波南部等地出现短时暴雨，累计雨量最大为台州市路桥区机场站113.8毫米，小时雨强88.2毫米。本轮大范围对流性天气从13日以来横扫我省，总体呈现点强面广、单点雨量极端的特点，要持续到什么时候？预计今天，强降雨带东移南压，浙南和沿海地区将成为降雨“主战场”，阴有阵雨或雷雨，部分地区大到暴雨，局地大暴雨；而饱受雨水困扰的浙北地区迎来喘息之机，今天阴有阵雨，夜里起转为多云。明天，天气格局将迎来转折，但东南沿海地区仍不可松懈，阴有阵雨或雷雨，局部暴雨。其他地区则以多云为主，午后仅有分散性阵雨或雷雨“点缀”。

六 | 此外要提醒的是，持续强降雨过后，土壤含水量饱和，务必持续警惕地质灾害的发生。哪怕雨已经停了，山区、河谷等风险区域仍存在山洪、滑坡、泥石流隐患，请尽量避免前往，安全第一。凉爽倒计时，19日起高温返场雨水渐息，意味着气温将升。最近在冷空气和雨水的双重打压下，浙江人体验了一把三伏天里难得的凉爽，昨天气温依旧“低调”，浙南地区最高32~34℃，其他地区29~31℃，体感总体舒适。但这份“凉爽福利”还能持续多久？答案很明确：余额不足，且享受且珍惜。17日起，副热带高压将强势西伸加强。虽然低层受偏东气流影响，沿海和浙南地区仍多阵雨，气温不会迅速蹿高，但因为湿度高，闷热感明显。大概从19日开始，全省除沿海地区外，大部分地区最高气温将回升至34~36℃，高温暑热返场。
